D. Data you will provide when the Myoviq app launches (future processing)

When our app is released, we may additionally process data you choose to enter, including workout logs, nutrition logs, body metrics, and payment information (handled via our payment partner, Razorpay). A revised privacy notice will apply at that time and you will be required to consent again.

How we use your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Sharing with third parties

We share limited personal data only with Data Processors who help us run the Website and communicate with you. These processors are contractually bound to use your data only as instructed by us. Current and anticipated processors include:

We may also disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Myoviq, our users, or the public.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

Data retention

We retain your waitlist email until (a) you ask us to delete it, or (b) two years after our public product launch, whichever is earlier. We may retain certain data longer where required by law (e.g., for tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted third-party processors. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work hard to protect your data.

If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the DPDP Act.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@myoviq.com from the address you used to sign up. We will respond within the timelines required by law.

Children's data

Myoviq is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Under the DPDP Act, processing the personal data of a child requires verifiable parental or guardian consent — which we do not currently solicit and therefore do not process such data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

International transfers

Some of our processors (e.g., Netlify, Google) are located outside India. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., standard contractual clauses, processor agreements) and that transfers comply with the DPDP Act and, where applicable, GDPR.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (where we have one) and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
